We were stratified with Yankiel for how hard he worked to try and get out repair converted by our Gold Star CPO plan. Wye were told our strut issue wasn’t covered because Ford calls them shocks and shocks try and get out repair converted by our Gold Star CPO plan. Wye were told our strut issue wasn’t covered because Ford calls them shocks and shocks are not covered bye the CPO. When I took the part number and cross referenced it at NAPA and O’Reilly’s the shocks are called and labeled struts. It’s convenient for Ford to simply call struts shocks to void the warranty. We will follow up with Ford Manufacturing as well as the Department of Transportation to ascertain why teo auto parts companies call shocks struts and Ford calls the same part shocks. More

This dealership is way too expensive now. Oil change over $120 is ridiculous. I can get the same oil change for a Ford for under $50 with the same type oil.
