Not a good place to have repairs done. A three day job turned into 10 days and a bill of over $2,000 when it was supposed to be a $400 job. We were stratified with Yankiel for how hard he worked to try and get out repair converted by our Gold Star CPO plan. Wye were told our strut issue wasn’t covered because Ford calls them shocks and shocks try and get out repair converted by our Gold Star CPO plan. Wye were told our strut issue wasn’t covered because Ford calls them shocks and shocks are not covered bye the CPO. When I took the part number and cross referenced it at NAPA and O’Reilly’s the shocks are called and labeled struts. It’s convenient for Ford to simply call struts shocks to void the warranty. We will follow up with Ford Manufacturing as well as the Department of Transportation to ascertain why teo auto parts companies call shocks struts and Ford calls the same part shocks. More

Never received follow-ups, the initial time frame was not acceptable. I was not offer a loaner or rental reimbursement. I was okay with getting a phone call 2 weeks later it being inform the Vechicle wa acceptable. I was not offer a loaner or rental reimbursement. This dealership is way too expensive now. Oil change over $120 is ridiculous. I can get the same oil change for a Ford for under $50 with the same type oil. I didn't know getting a key replac Oil change over $120 is ridiculous. I can get the same oil change for a Ford for under $50 with the same type oil. I didn't know getting a key replacement was over $200 and $100 to program it. I don't know if I will continue getting service here or not. Everytime I come here it's like I got to pay a mortgage payment. The service personnel leaves a lot to be desired too. More
