We brought our F450 in for an oil change and maintenance,

When it did not after two days, and with a cross country trip pulling an RV scheduled, and the squeak not any better, we brought it back. Luckily, we got Service Director Lenny, who apologized repeatedly, had a new drive belt installed in two hours, and was wonderful! We are now in South Carolina, the truck is fine, and we are very grateful to Lenny. He makes us want to purchase our next Ford truck there. Thank you, Lenny!!! You deserve six stars!
