Quick fast and to the point Went to the dealership just because it was close to my house, and I'm glad I did. With in the first minute I was asked by an employee if I had been helped. So I would say the employees are definitely responsive. The following minute Gary was following us towards the Frontiers, asking how he could help us. Following that he escorted us into the dealership where he would track down the truck I was looking for, he also provided us ice cold waters and made sure we always had something to drink if needed. I was very to the point with what I was looking for and Gary really listened to me as he didn't try and selle features that I was interested in or a different truck with better options. The finance side of the sales was also very fast and to the point. Once the truck was bought is where things started to slow down. Took sometime for the detail shop to get the truck cleaned and as I got home I noticed that there appears to be yellow paint on the side of the dash. Next to the steering wheel. Possibly from a paint marker or something. I tried to clean it with just a rag but was unable to get it off. I guess I should have taken a little more time and inspected the truck, but one would think because it is new you shouldn't have to inspect in great detail. More

Overall good experience Purchased a 2018 Murano. Larry and Yasha were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. I live on the opposite side of town from the dealersh Purchased a 2018 Murano. Larry and Yasha were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. I live on the opposite side of town from the dealership so it is a long drive for me. They had the Murano in stock I wanted. I had been negotiating with a dealer on my side of town who was trying to talk me into Muranos that were used. They quoted me on the Murano on Tynan’s lot but could not give me information if it was indeed new. I decided to drive over and see it for myself. I was hoping for a better deal then I was quoted by the dealer near me. Best I could do was get them to match it. That was disappointing. Also during delivery they were unable to locate the owners manuals and extra key that went with the car. That required another trip back to the dealership a week later but they did make it right. Both dealerships required me to finance through Nissan to get the $3500 rebate, yet the rate was not good compared to what my good credit qualified me for at my Credit Union. I will have to refinance to get the rate I want. This seems strange and was not a requirement a couple years ago when I helped a friend purchase a Nissan. More
