Professional & Enjoyable Experience We were there to purchase a new 2018 Nissan Titan XD. This was our first new vehicle purchase. We drove to the dealership, from Colorado Springs, the We were there to purchase a new 2018 Nissan Titan XD. This was our first new vehicle purchase. We drove to the dealership, from Colorado Springs, the Saturday after Thanksgiving due to the substantial savings on this particular truck from Nissan and Tynan. Our team was Adam Tynan, Yasha Akhmedov, Jordan Michaud and Tom Romolo (finance). Upon arriving on the lot we were immediately welcomed by Yasha who then introduced us to Adam. We were excited to purchase a new truck but we were also on-guard for the "gotcha" moment you read about from other customers at other dealerships. We realized our hesitation and guarded demeanor was unfounded. Adam and Yasha made this a very enjoyable and pleasant experience. Both remained professional and kind at all times during the process. The purchase took some time as we discussed and negotiated the details for the truck we were purchasing and the truck we were trading in. Adam and Yasha provided my wife and I with all the time we wanted to discuss our position several times thru the process. That was very much appreciated. At no time did we hear or feel sales pressure or tactics and we were looking for it but it never came. That has a substantial value to me because I didn't need to be sold, the truck already had done that. I needed to purchase this truck and that was the only thing we worked on. Again, very appreciated. Once we had price both sides could agree on (and we did get a good price), we moved to finance, waiting for the real sales pitch to come at us...........and again it never came. They actually got us a lower interest rate and we were already pre-approved coming in. there are many other examples of the professionalism, kindness and courtesy expressed from the entire team but this review is long enough already. Note - I don't write reviews however our experience was fantastic and the team should know they have a happy customer. I highly recommend Tynan Nissan to anyone looking for a professional and enjoyable car buying experience. Our next vehicle will also come from Tynan. More
