We were introduced to Eugene Merlin after browsing through all the showroom models. After some conversation, we went for a ride in the model of choice, making a decision on the trim package, this was not in stock. Patti McIntyre called with great news, the color exterior, interior and trim package was due in between April 10th and 16th. We placed a hold on it, sure enough it came in on the 15th, we picked it up that night. Even the paperwork was a joy and stress free. We highly recommend Woodfield Lexus for the Very Best experience.
