I'm sick of the 'used car salesman' experience. Enough trying to make the customer feel pressured to purchase. It takes, if any enjoyment, out of the process. The next time I would need to purchase a car, I will honestly only come in to test drive and then buy online. Also, you should let the customer sign all the documents via Docusign. I shouldn't have to come back to sit there and sign the paperwork. More

The experience at your dealership was a horrible one. The only time I felt like a human was when an attempt was made to sell a vehicle. Afterwards I felt abandoned to navigate the shark infested waters The only time I felt like a human was when an attempt was made to sell a vehicle. Afterwards I felt abandoned to navigate the shark infested waters of your dealership. One issue encountered was attempting to get a second key for the used car I purchased. The manager in charge told me we do not provide spare keys for used cars. Mind you, the spare key is only $60.00 in the scope of the $31,000 plus that I will be paying for this used car. To add insult to injury, the tech in the parts department order me a blank key. Why would I want a blank key is beyond my comprehension. He proceeded to call me to ask me for more money towards the spare key. All you needed to do is take 10 minutes out of your busy day to ask " Mam is there anything else we can assist you with today? Provide me with accurate information regarding purchasing a spare key including the process in doing so. If I could do this all over I would have selected a more attentive dealership. You have lost a possible life long customer with the lack of empathy and basic customer service displayed by the staff at your dealership. But that probably doesn't even matter to your organization in the grand scheme of it all. More

The sales part was fine, salesman was professional and nice to deal with! They only gave me one of two keys that my car has and they couldn’t find the second key the day I bought the car! They said they w nice to deal with! They only gave me one of two keys that my car has and they couldn’t find the second key the day I bought the car! They said they would find it and get it to me later! That’s never happened!! I’ve called multiple times and left messages and emails and no one will call me back or reply to the emails! It feels like once you buy the car and they get you off the lot you don’t matter anymore! Also when I got to financing they wouldn’t change the due date of the first payment, acted like they couldn’t and said I could just ask the bank to change it and it was easy! When I called the bank they were very nice but said that’s not true and I had to go thru another whole process with the bank to get the payment date I needed to start with! If or when they decide to get back with me and get my second key then I might be willing to change my rating, but until then it’s a 1 star rating! BTW, I called today and asked to talk to them again and still just got put on hold until I finally hung up! Its really sad how little you mean to them once you’ve purchased your car! Oh and now I’m getting emails for a referral! Unbelievable! More
