I was able to schedule my vehicle maintenance appointment on their website. It was very easy. Upon arrival for my appointment, I was greeted with a smile and sincere welcome. My service technician was polite, friendly and efficient. I waited about one hour in a very comfortable lounge. Great complimentary coffee bar. My service advisor Yazbeth was very pleasant deal and very professional. My displeasure was with another advisor. I left to run errands and when I returned I saw my car was ready. I looked for Yazbeth wh very professional. My displeasure was with another advisor. I left to run errands and when I returned I saw my car was ready. I looked for Yazbeth who wasn’t at her desk and the advisor who was sitted next to her said with a look of being annoyed “you can go inside and look for her or wait until she comes back” To my shock I replied so “why not use your PA system instead of me looking for her” His response: Eye Roll More
