At first it was a little intimidating going into a Lexus dealership. So clean and classy. Not exactly me, right?(don't answer that!) I met with Yoko Tsutsui to complete the purchase of a 2016 Ford Escape( dealership. So clean and classy. Not exactly me, right?(don't answer that!) I met with Yoko Tsutsui to complete the purchase of a 2016 Ford Escape(in immaculate condition I must say!). She is SO personable, professional and meticulous. I had a great(and fun)time working with her. She deserves a big raise!(I hope management sees this!) Janelle, who handled the financial side, and Jim who evaluated my old 2011 Escape were great people to work with as well. I would more than recommend this dealership to anyone even if it was 250 miles away for me! I wouldn't hesitate going back again even if it was just to visit these folks. Thank you all so much!
