Knowledgeable, personable and friendly sales person, I was happy to work with in coming to my decision; she knew what inventory was available, color, mileage, price and could answer my questions quickly. Never felt inordinately pressured like some other dealerships... Appropriate, timely and efficient communication, by phone, text and email; I never felt neglected or forgotten like most other dealerships. When we finally came to a purchasing decision everything was efficiently coordinated and appropriately fast, which I like. Everyone made my buying experience better... From my main contact Ruth in sales, to Jim the LCert sales manager, Veronica in finance to Alexis in final delivery... A+ all around! More

Working with Yoko and the staff at Lexus of Akron-Canton was the best new car buying experience I've ever had. Yoko was professional and helpful. She kept us up to date on the delivery of our Lexus GX 460 t was the best new car buying experience I've ever had. Yoko was professional and helpful. She kept us up to date on the delivery of our Lexus GX 460 that we had ordered. On the day we picked it up, there was a large vehicle in the showroom completely covered with a red cloth. I suspected it was our vehicle and a surprise was planned for us. After we completed the paperwork, Yoko gathered the staff, announced that my husband and I purchased the new Lexus as another salesperson pulled the cloth off and another team member recorded the event! Peter welcomed us into the Lexus family. This is the first time this has ever happened to us and we were very happy. We also had an instructional session with the IT manager that was very helpful and appreciated. Dealing with Yoko, Shab, Peter and the rest of the team was all good! We are proud owners of this beautiful Lexus. More

Kari and the entire Lexus team are truly top notch professionals. My experience cannot be compared to anything my wife and I ever experienced. We were truly taken by surprise when we were walked into professionals. My experience cannot be compared to anything my wife and I ever experienced. We were truly taken by surprise when we were walked into the new car delivery area and observed two vehicles covered with covers and everyone clapping My wife had never seen the vehicles and it was spectacular. Of of course this was made possible by the fine leadership of their leader Shab. GO LEXUS!!!! More
