We had a great experience at the dealership, thanks to Luis Sanchez. He was attentive, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. Luis truly listened to our needs and made the process smooth and comfortable. However, our interaction with Mr. Mercado, the financial agent, was disappointing. He was rude and disrespectful, showing little patience or willingness to address our remaining questions during the paperwork process. While most of our concerns had already been clarified by Luis, the few we did bring up were met with dismissiveness. Mr. Mercado’s lack of professionalism and poor communication skills stood in stark contrast to the excellent service we received from Luis. More
