He was very welcoming and walked us thru every steps along the way from going over every technology features of the car to the financing aspect of the sale. He was very thorough, patient and above all caring. His service was nothing short of excellent. Additionally, Mr. Terrence William was very informative and helpful in deciding on which of the financing options was better suited for me and was paramount in helping me get the price I wanted. Transitioning from a 2000 Honda Accord to a 2019 Honda CR V My husband and I feel like we are a part of the Honda family. Nearly everyone in my family drives a Honda and let's just tell it like it is! You just My husband and I feel like we are a part of the Honda family. Nearly everyone in my family drives a Honda and let's just tell it like it is! You just never have a problem with a Honda Automobile. They just last and last and keep on going. We finally decided to give my 19 year old Honda Civic to my brother and buy ourselves a new car. Well can you imagine the sticker shock when we saw the price of the 2019 cars? However, Mike and the others at Wolfchase Honda treated us like members of the family and gave us great customer service and eased our transition into buying our new Honda CR V which we just love. Mike went over all the new options with us and assured us if we have any questions or problems after we took the car home we could call or come back for any help we need. More
