It was time to schedule my 2024 Ford Bronco Sports first service. I used the Ford Pass app to schedule the appointment which is very easy to use. I highly recommend it. The day of my appointment came, and service. I used the Ford Pass app to schedule the appointment which is very easy to use. I highly recommend it. The day of my appointment came, and I arrived at Wayne Akers Ford about 20 minutes early,, and they took my truck right in. I went to the waiting room to read the paper, and 20 minutes later my service writer came up and said my car was ready. This was the quickest service I've received. The dealership service department is clean and well lit. The personnel are friendly and very informative when it comes to your vehicles service needs. More

The agent was hard to get a hold of sometimes. Mine my switch in my RV dash was supposed to be fixed. It only works when I brought it in. I’m frustrated with dealers. I brought my work van in to get fixed and after paying for a new fuel pump I am still having the same problem with the vehicle, the problem being that it WILL NOT STAY ON. After having left the van with F for a new fuel pump I am still having the same problem with the vehicle, the problem being that it WILL NOT STAY ON. After having left the van with Ford for 2 months the fix my vehicle I had to bring it out because I saw that my vehicle was not their priority and I could not afford to leave it another month. More

Horrible experience I paid to have my truck diagnosed, and they gave me a paperback that read exactly what I told him was wrong with it with no actual diagnosis of what the problem truly was. It took thr and they gave me a paperback that read exactly what I told him was wrong with it with no actual diagnosis of what the problem truly was. It took three days or more for them to tell me exactly what I told them. I took it to another dealer they reprogrammed a TCM like I told your service manager was needed it was done in one day and it fixed the problem. I would not recommend wayne acres ford to my worst enemy. . More
