Yussef is the reason I purchased another BMW. He’s easy to work with, listens, rarely tired of my questions and routinely took the time to say hi when I came in for service appointments for my last car. I also appreciated that Tom would step out of his office to see how things were going (and not just to close a deal). When I walked in I was immediately attended to which I fin I recently purchased a used 2013 Fiat 500 Abarth and was very impressed with BMW Of Darien. When I walked in I was immediately attended to which I find is not always the case at a luxury car dealership. The staff felt very customer oriented and willing to work with me on any concerns I had about my purchase. They went out of their way to make me feel like I was buying a new car which I very much appreciated. I thought everyone was very fair and straight forward through the whole process and even though I wasn't buying an expensive car, I never once felt like an afterthought to their sales department which I think speaks a great deal about their customer service. I'd highly recommend anyone looking for a BMW(or any used car on their lot) to stop by for a great car buying experience. Thanks, Chris More
