Yvette saved me from experiencing a very difficult hardship. I called her and told her I totaled my car and needed something she assured me she would find a car with in the same payment and did she ev hardship. I called her and told her I totaled my car and needed something she assured me she would find a car with in the same payment and did she even came to pick me up from Middletown which is 30 min ride. When I got to Honda she had all the paperwork in hand and I spent no more the 35 min. Thank-you Honda U inverse and God bless Yvette for saving my day! More

I bought my car here a year ago and was so happy with the service kept returning to get service work done. Im so happy that I do after dealing with Lester Glen honda service department. Lisa at Honda Univers service kept returning to get service work done. Im so happy that I do after dealing with Lester Glen honda service department. Lisa at Honda Universe is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She is so nice and really tries to go over and beyond to get your car serviced in a timely fashion. Yvette Rivera Coates is to be avoided at all costs. She point blank encouraged me to "lease" because according to her, there is zero percent interest for the first 39 months. She then opened a checking account at Teacher Federal Credit Union and took out a loan close to 7%. She completely denies doing this, however I requested a copy of the endorsed document/disclaimer regarding membership from the Union. My signature looks real, however EVERY other area was filled in by Yvette (or someone other than myself). I absolutey never consented to this, nor did she say ONE word about a credit union. She pulled one over on me, I'll giver her that. She is excellent at lying. I picked up the car, went less than three miles and the low pressure tire light came on. She encouraged me to drive home and come back, which I did. Service than filled the tire without putting it on a lift. I was then on the side of a highway for three hours waiting for "Honda's roadside assistance" on day number two of ownership since I gave up Geico's (DON'T). Yvette failed to look at me when I arrived. The vehicle had a HUGE screw in the tire. I drove for two days and could have been killed due to the complete unprofessionalism of everyone there. The only person I will say is a gentleman is John the Manager, but even he ended with "well I wasn't there". How convenient. The car is amazing, but they left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I was offered the first car's payment for the day at work I lost. Never, never walk into this place. In addition, an online review states another Honda owner has had her car returned with nails in the tires, so they're careless in the shop. They replaced my tire with a faded one off the lot, and when I called them on that they THEN replaced it with a shiny new one. This place will give you an ulcer. Yvette is the sneakiest of all. SO SORRY I LEFT MY FORD FAMILY. More
