However, after praising Yvonne for arranging replacement of the left-side mirror under warranty, the technician failed to reconnect the electric service to the right side doors and windows and the auto-key lock and unlock. Yes, it took only minutes to re-do what should have been done at replacement time, but it meant a return trip for service. Quality Control, at a minimum, requires a technician to activate and test all electrics related to area serviced. That would have taken 2-minutes. Nevertheless, I will continue to have my SUV serviced at Jackson Acura. More
