I have been working with Jackson Acura on recalls and A/C warranty issue. Yvonne is amazing customer support executive to handle all the issues so far. A/C issue resolution took a bit longer ( more than 12 m warranty issue. Yvonne is amazing customer support executive to handle all the issues so far. A/C issue resolution took a bit longer ( more than 12 months), it’s a bit frustration to visit dealership and drop a car there every 6 weeks for same cause. It could be poor ACURA TLX quality. But I was not expecting from ACURA vehicle to trouble this much. More
