The technician took our information almost immediately, Yvonne documented our concerns and warranty Yvonne was very accommodating and professional. The technician took our information almost immediately, Yvonne documented our concerns and warranty work needed quickly and efficiently, adding our particular requests to the work order. We didn't need the car back so we left it with them and recieved our quote within a few days, the work was done the next day. So happy we chose Jackson. More

Slow service and bad experience Service is slow every time, and experience is not pleasant. Visit #1 - At one oil change visit, the service manager didn't put a reminder sticker Service is slow every time, and experience is not pleasant. Visit #1 - At one oil change visit, the service manager didn't put a reminder sticker on the windshield. When I requested one, she still didn't put it. "Nobody uses it anyway" was her explanation. Visit #2 - The car was ready after an oil change. The technician kept A/c running and drained the battery. It had to be jump-started, and I had to keep the car running for 1 hour after missing my work. Visit #3 - I brought the car in for oil change. Two customers who came after me were taken care of. I decided to leave when the service manager said, "let me check who is responsible for your car. Oh, it is me!" Visit #4 - 2.5 hours spent just for an oil change. This review is probably a farce too. I will be surprised if anyone there reads it. This dealership seems to think they don't need to be customer friendly because customers in Roswell / Alpharetta have no choice but to come here. More

They have also started doing a valet service to get your vehicle back to you once your service is complete. It saves so much time!!! More
