Service was great once I arrived but no one returned my call I was up in Highlands, NC and my car would not start. First I called Jackson Acura and they they apologized for my inconvenience and said my service I was up in Highlands, NC and my car would not start. First I called Jackson Acura and they they apologized for my inconvenience and said my service person, Yvonne would call me back. I called back a second time and was told the same. I never got a return phone call. I called AAA and they did a diagnostic and said I had a bad alternator. I cut my trip short and drove down back to Atlanta and took the car in. Yvonne said she was told I was coming in but was not told to call me. Yvonne and Pat both said that it was most likely a battery issue and not an alternator and that AAA mis-diagnoses issues because their technology is out of date. If someone would have called me back, I could have had AAA replace the battery and not have had to cut my weekend short. A phone call would have eliminated a lot of frustration on my part. More

Our Service Advisor Exceeded our Expectations! Our Acura ILX refused to start and made a series of stuttering/beeping noises accompanied by lots of flashing red check engine notices - my husband, n Our Acura ILX refused to start and made a series of stuttering/beeping noises accompanied by lots of flashing red check engine notices - my husband, no stranger to the workings of cars, was totally mystified. I immediately checked our warranty and to my dismay, realized that we were 8 days past the end date. Imagining a total disaster car repair bill, we took the car to Jackson Acura. As luck would have it, I chose Yvonne Russell’s office door to enter into the service area. She immediately asked how she could help, calmed me down by suggesting a few simple possible issues that might be the problem, and arranged to have a mechanic investigate right away. The mechanic provided a multi-point vehicle inspection, installed a new battery (yay, Yvonne, you called it!), and provided another low cost maintenance service in short order. We received updates from Yvonne over the course of the afternoon, including a diagnosis of the problem and the cost of the repair and the exact time we could retrieve the car. Not only did she arrange to have the car washed and vacuumed, she left her office to personally drive the car from the back parking lot to where we were waiting. Yvonne Russell exceeded our service expectations and turned what could have been a difficult situation into a pleasant encounter. We appreciated her prompt attention, efficiency, and personal warmth.
