Great experience, everytime. I came in to service my 2013RDX and also needed new tires and brakes. I work with Yvonne and she is great. Routine service This was my 3rd visit for service and every time I request Yvonne as the advisor. I have had excellent service from her as I find her to be very hones This was my 3rd visit for service and every time I request Yvonne as the advisor. She discusses reasons for any additional maintenance and goes to great lengths to demonstrate why it's required. My only complaint at this point is the car wash at the end service. Did not complete services that were paid for. This dealer did not complete services that were paid for. I took my 2016 MDX in for an A service and added on a tire rotation. I know that the tire This dealer did not complete services that were paid for. I took my 2016 MDX in for an A service and added on a tire rotation. I know that the tire rotation was not completed as there is a scratch on one of my rims and that rim is on the same tire that it was on when I took it in. They also did not vacuum or wash the car. It was bad weather that day so I understand not washing it, but the service person told me that they vacuumed, and they did not. I ended up having to pay almost $500 when they added a transmission service on, but the fact that they didn't complete the tire rotation makes me question whether they did any of the services I paid for. This dealer appears to be very questionable. More

Quick Oil Change Before leaving town I realized my car was at 20% oil life. Acura fit me right in and it took just a little over 30 minutes and my car was washed, vacu Before leaving town I realized my car was at 20% oil life. Acura fit me right in and it took just a little over 30 minutes and my car was washed, vacuumed, tires rotated and had a fresh oil change! Great service! More

Fast Service at Lunch I knew my battery was going bad and came into Jackson during my lunch hour. I worked with Yvonne, and she made it all happen quickly. I enjoyed work I knew my battery was going bad and came into Jackson during my lunch hour. I worked with Yvonne, and she made it all happen quickly. I enjoyed working with her and it worked into my day well with appointments on either side of my service trip. I would definitely take my car there again, and I would want to work with Yvonne in the future. Bob More
