Furthermore she followed up with me as soon as the part came in. She made me aware of the process, and even kept me posted each time I brought my car in, even for an oil change and inspection, as to the timing and where they were with my car. She makes us feel like family and is everything Acura represents and should be, and more. I’ve been with Honda for 12 and now Acura for 18 years and 2 new cars. Yvonne has been the best. She clearly is a leader and deserves to be recognized. More
