I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment at 1:30pm on Wednesday. Then I had to wait until a little after 3pm to even be talked to by anyone about my car which only need an oil change and tire rotation on Wednesday. While I was waiting 3 other people who had arrived after me were contacted and told their cars were done. Even after talking to the very helpful associate she informed me my car still had to be cleaned and that there was another car ahead of mine which would have probably meant I would have had to wait for another 20-30 mins. Long story short I will never be bringing my grandmother's car to be serviced at this location ever again. More

Thanks to Yvonne I had the best experience! She diagnosed my issue over the phone, helped me get to the dealer before my car died, stayed with me until my husband arrived (after hours), arranged a diagnosed my issue over the phone, helped me get to the dealer before my car died, stayed with me until my husband arrived (after hours), arranged a full inspection by 9:00 am the following morning, and had my car delivered to my home.
