Gateway Subaru met my high expectations. I was the owner of a 2001 Subaru Outback Ltd. which I loved. We decided it was time to get a new car and I decided on the new 2017 Subaru Outback. I was the owner of a 2001 Subaru Outback Ltd. which I loved. We decided it was time to get a new car and I decided on the new 2017 Subaru Outback. The Outback is simply the best car on the market for a fair price. Safe, sturdy, beautiful and a good towing and hauling car too. Zack Nagler, our salesman, was very helpful in the process, even saving us time by filling out the 0% financing papers rather than routing us to a finance person. The cars were selling fast, and he was able to locate the one we wanted in the sister dealership in Annapolis and had it brought down for us to see, and then buy. I had a few experiences with the old Subaru in their service department, and so I had high expectations. The dealership is located on the Eastern Shore of MD, and the location was a factor. We watch "Outdoors Delmarva" on WBOC TV every week, and having Gateway as a sponsor of that show has made this dealership feel like family somehow! More

Wendy Schiavone and Steve Wergin were the two employees that worked with us in our previous purchase. This time, we were very interested in a Honda CRV that they had posted on their website, and Steve Wergin immediately contacted us concerning our inquiry and went out of his way to help us with negotiating the purchase of the car. I had my heart set on purchasing a Honda CRV, but unfortunately, we were too late and the car was sold on the very day that we had decided to make the purchase. However, we went out to the dealership again as they had another Honda CRV that they had just put up on their website and when I saw it, I knew it was exactly what I wanted. Zach Nagler was the sales person, and Brian Kang worked with us in negotiating a price that we could afford. They have a truly wonderful staff that go out of their way to accommodate you without putting a lot of pressure on you. We highly recommend Gateway Subaru. More

Moms old car had 204,000 unloved miles on the poor thing. Unfortunately this forced us to go car hunting. This is something most people dread, as do my mother and I. Zachary Nagler is a friend of mine that happen to work at this dealership. This did not sway me to this dealership. Found the car we purchased on Cars.Com. Car she purchased is a 2012 Ford taurus, preowned of coarse. Mr. Nagler guided my mom through her FIRST real car purchased and financing a car for the FIRST time in her life. Mr. Nagler explained the whole process. Mom has never been through this process before. He was so polite and professional. Explaining evertthing that was happening in great detail. My mother could not be any happier with this purchase and the piece of mind she bought a the RIGHT car for her. From the RIGHT person. From the RIGHT dealership. We would like to thank all the staff for being so courtious and pleasant to deal with. This was truly as painless as it could of been. As a matter of fact, your dealership went above and beyond in product, service, and professionalism to exceed our expectations. Zach Nagler made an outstanding first and lasting impression with us. He was knowledgeable, patient, personable, accommodating, and a genuine pleasure to deal with. Every concern was addressed and every question was answered as he spent hours explaining every feature of the 2016 Outback while we sat inside the vehicle and experienced hands-on demonstrations. We were interested in this particular model before our visit, but after Zach’s thorough and detailed review of everything, we were totally convinced to look no further. He earned our business and we were happy to give it to him. There was no pressure, just sincere reassurance that the dealership would deliver whenever we were ready to commit.
