Best Buying Experience Ever I saw an ad for a Forester XT that I have been searching for close to a year. I immediately called and was greeted by Zach Nagler. Now, I'd like to me I saw an ad for a Forester XT that I have been searching for close to a year. I immediately called and was greeted by Zach Nagler. Now, I'd like to mention that I used to work at a Mercedes Benz dealer down in Florida 2 years ago. I have never seen or had customer service as excellent and as easy going that Zach has provided me. I have also had 2 cars from Hyundai and they didn't come anywhere close to how well he made this experience. I highly recommend this dealer and I recommend anyone that comes here to ask for Zach Nagler. I had a smile the whole time i was there. Absolutely phenomenal, thank you! More

we enjoyed our time spent with Zack on our 1st visit. Obn our 1st vist , Zack, our salesman, was polite, knowledgable and fun to deal with. We explained we were not ready to buy yet as we were selling Obn our 1st vist , Zack, our salesman, was polite, knowledgable and fun to deal with. We explained we were not ready to buy yet as we were selling a house and could not buy until settlement. He gave us a suggested figure for the car we wanted and let us test drive it. We told him we would be back. After we settled we went back with a figure from another dealer and he beat it. We enjoyed dealing with Zack. We signed the deal. When he was able to find our car over the weekend, we went right down ( 3 1/2 hour drive) to get the car from him. He even came in on his day off to complete our deal and spent 2 hours detailing how to work all the new, to us, instraments on the new car. What a pleasureable experience. We wish we could have our service done at your dealership. But we live 140 miles away now. We thank all th e employees we delt with at Gateway for their time and a wonderful car buying experience. More

We chose the Outback and he was able to negotiate an excellent deal for us with all of the options we wanted at a price we could afford. The dealership has gone out of its way to make this a wonderful experience. This is very unlike some experiences we've had at other dealerships here on the Delmarva while we were looking to replace our car that has been totaled. I highly recommend Gateway Subaru. More

The wait for the perfect car has come to an end! The car buying experience is never short, as the process can sometimes be lengthy. But when I walked into the Gateway Subaru dealership on Monday I re The car buying experience is never short, as the process can sometimes be lengthy. But when I walked into the Gateway Subaru dealership on Monday I really had no idea what to expect. I actually spoke with Zach Nagler via e-mail two nights prior, in which he responded to my e-mail requests quickly. I had scheduled a time to come in and speak with him about trading in my Toyota Rav 4. I bought my Toyota over 2 years ago and it just wasn't something that I really wanted. I was hoping the car buying process this time around was smoother, faster ending with the result of a car I would be excited about. From the time my sister and I walked in we were greeted by several associates, who were kind and not overwhelming. A lot of times when you go into a dealership you can be bombarded, trying to get you to choose them as your salesperson, this dealership however wasn't the case. I came in having some sort of idea of what kind of car I wanted, but obviously I knew they would guide me in the right direction for a vehicle that was not only in my budget, but something I would end up loving! I know sometimes you may deal with difficult customers, which if I was I apologize. From Zach's knowledge about ALL the cars I made him look at with me, to Wendy's willing to work with my budget, to Renee taking the time to sit down with me and go over exactly everything a lease entails it was great! From the time I walked in the door to the time I left, there was never a time I felt overwhelmed. I appreciate everything everyone did for me. I will make sure I recommend your dealership to anyone who is looking to Buy or Lease a new car! More
