I recently had my Sienna van in for its 55,000 mile check. Zach Reed was my service rep and he was extremely helpful in explaining things and making suggestions. The following week I had a problem with check. Zach Reed was my service rep and he was extremely helpful in explaining things and making suggestions. The following week I had a problem with my van and contacted Zach. He told me to bring it in right away. Once again, he was extremely helpful. I definitely rate him with 5 Star service! More

Zach Schubert was the best when I went for maintenance service. He listened to my needs and go went out of his way to get everything done and answer all my questions and help me understand all the little service. He listened to my needs and go went out of his way to get everything done and answer all my questions and help me understand all the little things in my car. The whole place is helpful and friendly. The nice large waiting room with drinks and snacks is the best. I have a Toyota dealership right near my house but choose to drive 100 miles because of the great service. More

Daniel Erickson was professional and courteous and completely understood all my needs for my Tundra. He was an absolute pleasure to work with! Truck was done much earlier than anticipated ! I’ve been bringing my car in for the past couple of months about a lot of different issues. This last time that I brought my car in I was having a lot of technical issues and my headlights were flicker months about a lot of different issues. This last time that I brought my car in I was having a lot of technical issues and my headlights were flickering for some odd reason. Zach Reed has been an amazing person to work with. He has been very patient with me in trying to help me figure out my car issues. He’s been doing an amazing job at communicating with me about what’s been happening with the car as well as trying to help me find a solution for what I can do next. This is a new building, long time dealership formerly Jack Safro Toyota. The service is always fast, oil changes usually an hour. They always check over my vehicle and advise me of services and/or parts Jack Safro Toyota. The service is always fast, oil changes usually an hour. They always check over my vehicle and advise me of services and/or parts needed. Most I can do myself but have had service done here many times for items too difficult or technical for me to handle. ZACH REED, my service advisor showed me a list of previous inspections and advised me that they could do needed work. This time, I had most of them changed already. Always treated with respect, like I am the most important customer. I could easily do my own oil changes as well but they keep a record of all work done I feel that may increase the value of my vehicle when a new buyer sees its been well cared for. Zach was busy that morning but still found time yo work for me a n d talk with me. Almost like we were friends but I think it was my first time with Zach. I don't determin which advisor I get but I'd choose him everytime. More
