I’ve been bringing my car in for the past couple of months about a lot of different issues. This last time that I brought my car in I was having a lot of technical issues and my headlights were flicker months about a lot of different issues. This is a new building, long time dealership formerly Jack Safro Toyota. The service is always fast, oil changes usually an hour. They always check over my vehicle and advise me of services and/or parts needed. Most I can do myself but have had service done here many times for items too difficult or technical for me to handle. ZACH REED, my service advisor showed me a list of previous inspections and advised me that they could do needed work. This time, I had most of them changed already. Always treated with respect, like I am the most important customer. I could easily do my own oil changes as well but they keep a record of all work done I feel that may increase the value of my vehicle when a new buyer sees its been well cared for. Zach was busy that morning but still found time yo work for me a n d talk with me. Almost like we were friends but I think it was my first time with Zach. I don't determin which advisor I get but I'd choose him everytime. More
