Purchased a truck got it home opened right rear door and the bracket to the running board had broke. Called the salesman Zach to let him know. Told him what the part was that needed to be ordered. I stated that I would be thru the area in about 2 weeks. I sent Zach a texted to let him know no response. The following day Mark from service called to check when I was coming. I asked if the part was in? Mark stated they had not ordered it. I feel that Zach dropped the ball on this but just sold me a truck. It’s my second purchase from Zach and will be my last. More
