She was able to take what would have been a very negative experience (and one that would have likely caused me to not purchase another Acura) and converted it into an exceptional experience...even though the situation was caused by someone else (who had left the dealership recently). I missed the opportunity to complete a survey at that time and just wanted to convey my appreciation for Jami at this time. More

In the follow up email asking for feedback, I stated my questions not knowing whether I would ever hear anything back. However, within thirty minutes I had a response from the owner of the company promising me he would research my questions and get back to me. Within a couple hours he had tracked down the folks with the answers and had created a solution for my lingering questions. This has been a family owned business since 1986, and taking care of the customer is definitely their priority. More

I needed the A13 services and was pleasantly surprised how quickly they were done - by the time I fought through traffic and got to my office, Zach had already sent me an e-mail saying my MDX was ready. I felt bad taking a loaner vehicle, which was a very nice TLX. It's not all puppy dogs and kittens though, the dealership feels very crowded and their prices are not the best, but they do take competitor coupons. Overall I'd still go to Acura Columbus over another dealer anyday! More
