Multiple Tire Issues I had my car towed to the dealership with one flat tire and a nail in the other one. Zach was extremely patient, friendly and informative. He kept me up to date with exactly what was happening with my tires and was able to repair them both without needing to replace either of them. Jami was also great! I feel comfortable leaving my car in the hands of Acura Columbus! More

Emergency Service needed I started the day out on a bad note and Acura Columbus did a great job to get me back on the road. I came into the dealership without an appointment. I started the day out on a bad note and Acura Columbus did a great job to get me back on the road. I came into the dealership without an appointment. My brake lights and turn signals were not working due to damage that I had done to my MDX. The entire staff was very understanding and empathic to my situation. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of!! Great Job Zach and the entire service staff from check-in to check out. Honestly, the service did not surprise me ... I had been to the dealership in the past and based on previous experience new that I was in good hands. More

Parts transaction I had an issue with my battery I purchased over 2 yes ago, for some reason my purchase wasn't logged into my profile however Seth was able to overcome I had an issue with my battery I purchased over 2 yes ago, for some reason my purchase wasn't logged into my profile however Seth was able to overcome the obstacle by replacing my battery. The only negative was that transaction wasn't logged an that I had to pay $40 for the install. More
