Service Advisors make you feel valued with a genuine demeanor as opposed to a fake demeanor, or worse yet, other dealer techs make you feel like you are just a "number" that they need to process. I am always impressed with the service department. I had my appointment time wrong but they took me in as I was just doing a software update. The service was done quickly, and my car was returned wa I had my appointment time wrong but they took me in as I was just doing a software update. The service was done quickly, and my car was returned washed and ready to go. They also updated me on some maintenance that might be required at my next oil change appointment with the costs so that I would be better prepared. Zach did a great job. More

I had been having recurring issues with my car. I had brought it in a few times previously and they couldn’t replicate the issue exactly, but they tried a few different things in hopes that would f I had brought it in a few times previously and they couldn’t replicate the issue exactly, but they tried a few different things in hopes that would fix it. The most recent time I brought it in, they took the time to recreate the issue for a couple days until they got a proper read of the problem. I’m sure it was frustrating for everyone that we couldn’t pinpoint it the first few times, but they kept on it and made it right. More
