I won't be back. I was charged more than I was told I would pay. Then on top of that I was charged an additional 3% for using a credit card . I was super pleased with the help Subaru and Adam Bihun provided when my Subaru's battery died. It only took a couple days and my Subararu is back up to speed! and Zeigler Subaru even washed my car! Service Advisors make you feel valued with a genuine demeanor as opposed to a fake demeanor, or worse yet, other dealer techs make you feel like you are just a "number" that they need to process. I am always impressed with the service department. I had my appointment time wrong but they took me in as I was just doing a software update. The service was done quickly, and my car was returned wa I had my appointment time wrong but they took me in as I was just doing a software update. They also updated me on some maintenance that might be required at my next oil change appointment with the costs so that I would be better prepared. Zach did a great job. More
