It was an absolute pleasure to have purchased our vehicle at Suntrup BMW. Zach was very diligent, extremely knowledgeable and the hard working. We were looking to purchase a new vehicle for our daughter going off to college in the Fall of 2023, but we were not in a hurry. We were initially greeted by Sales Consultant Zack Forester approximately 3 months ago during our first trip to the dealership. I consider my Family lucky to have bumped into him, because he truly does care about your experience. We ended up purchasing a new X3 from him (3 months later), and the entire process was unlike I have experienced in the past. No razzle-dazzle or high pressure sales practices at this dealership. The only thing they care about is what you as the Customer want, and Zack Forester is fantastic to deal with. It is my opinion that you will not find more professionalism at a car dealership anywhere else in the Country - than you will at BMW of West St.Louis. Go see Zack F.! He’s the man! More

Yes, for the most part my experience was pretty good. My sale rep was pleasant was very professional and made things happen quickly, and I was very appreciative. The only thing I think that needs improving was the communication when shipping a vehicle. I was being told we were still waiting on the shipper and before I knew it my car arrived at my house. Luckily my son was home and was able to accept car, but that was a little of a file I think as well because my son is only 16. So, I was happy to receive the car when I did, but a little bothered that my 16 year old was able to sign for it, without it being looked over. Other that everything went great and I thank everyone for their assistance. More
