Honestly worst visit I've had here. I always go here for small services like this .Waited 2 hours for wheel alignment that wasn't able to be performed because I had 24 inch wheels. They didn't know they cou small services like this .Waited 2 hours for wheel alignment that wasn't able to be performed because I had 24 inch wheels. They didn't know they couldn't do it and never told me until i waited 2 hours. I still have to get a wheel alignment done now and they still charged me full price. They also forgot to close the hood on my truck and I drove all the way home before i noticed. I called the service manager about what happened and was told to expect a call back about still being charged for the service. He never called me back and im going to have to call back again. More

I have taken my car here twice and both times it has been repaired great! However, it is a little overpriced and they have suggested unnecessary repairs both times. I know this because the first time I brought my car they said I needed my struts replaced (among other things), but I declined. I have not replaced the struts, yet the second time they examined my car they brought up entirely different issues and didn't mention the struts. More

I was very pleased with the service I received from the service department at Bradshaw. I live 3 hrs from the dealership and they were willing tonsend someone to pick up my vehicle,repair it, and return my service department at Bradshaw.
