The last two times I gave come in for oil change and tire rotation my light has come on for low are in a tire and I have had to add air. We got our used van and new truck from Randy. We had mechanical issues with truck and a recall. Both times we had to carry it back because issues where not correctly fixed. Howard and Zack made it supe mechanical issues with truck and a recall. Both times we had to carry it back because issues where not correctly fixed. Howard and Zack made it super convenient to get the truck completely fixed with none of my personal time tide up. I would not give the shop or detail departments high ratings maybe a 3 star. My husband and I have been service customers of Bradshaw Automotive since relocating to SC 6 years ago. We have never had the opportunity to work with their sales team until recently. I can’t say enough about the customer service I received from Cary Neill! I met Cary Thursday evening May 21st. I was interested in replacing my 2012 Cadillac SRX so I was in the market for another SUV. I tested the 2020 Cadillac XT4 but decided it was too small for my needs. I came back on Friday when I had more time. I tested the 2020 Chevrolet Blazer and the 2019 Cadillac XT5. As much as I desired to own another Cadillac, the Blazer was ultimately the better value. This decision literally took me all day and Cary had the patience of a saint! Cary is extremely knowledgeable and was able to qualify my needs in order of importance and was able to locate my new vehicle. I left the dealership feeling very comfortable with the decision Cary helped me make. Fast forward 3 days later to Monday, May 25th. I brought my husband to Bradshaw to meet with Cary and long story short, we purchased another vehicle, a 2020 Chevrolet Colorado! We have always been a GM Family and having the friendly and knowledgeable sales team at Bradshaw made all the difference. We have worked with other dealerships in another state but the team at Bradshaw Automotive is top notched and made all the difference. Thank you for treating the Piczkur’s like family!
