I specifically scheduled my vehicle to get a quote on fixing a paint chip on the hood that goes to the metal and to have a software reflash done for a Honda issue with the event data recorder. I was told fixing a paint chip on the hood that goes to the metal and to have a software reflash done for a Honda issue with the event data recorder. I was told it would take 45 minutes but was there for 3 hours. What I got back was a vehicle with the settings changed and a chip half painted with touchup paint and metal still exposed. I missed an appointment as a result even though I was very clear about my timeline. I also ordered an OEM wind deflector and still have no idea when that will be installed because retail parts and service do not appear to coordinate. More
