I inquired how often and he mentioned they had a sister store in Rockford. I asked if he could check there online to see if any were in route or how soon or if any there. He did, found one, and was aggressive and assertive enough to immediately ask him manager as his initiative to bring it to the Crystal Lake store the next day so I could conveniently check it out locally. Zion immediately ask Branch Manager Dan B. who came out to meet and speak with me briefly and was only too happy to get it transferred over to get looked at the next day and could not have been nicer. Zion was quick to realize I would have likely gone to Rockford to see and buy and smart enough to initiate the transfer for their sale and share the information he had to help me find the car I was meant to find and buy there. Smart, attentive, courteous, and knows how to close, easy going about letting customers test drive and check out cars. Zion easy going, easy to reach, follows up well, does what he says and keeps his word. He will be excellent employee for years to come and helped make the purchase a breeze. Followed up after car purchase to make sure I got spare Key Fob. The whole staff is great and friendly. Great experience after others that were not. Very glad I stopped that day and bought local and asked a few questions of Zion. He made that sale happen with basic courtesy, customer service, and seizing the moment to make a sale happen with initiate and quick thinking. More
