I set up an appointment over a month ago to have my Hyundai service done. They sent me reminders through text messages of the upcoming appointment. Jeff is great every time I go in. I'd recommend him all the time. However, this dealership in particular doesn't like answering phones so you'll have to call another department just I'd recommend him all the time. However, this dealership in particular doesn't like answering phones so you'll have to call another department just to get through to somebody. And also, I don't know who does the inspections or work on the vehicle but everytime I have gone in, my seat is pushed all the way back so I'm left under the impression a giant has been in my car. Also on my last visit, there was some sort of black grease smudged on my door which I ended up touching and got this grease all over my shirt and was hard to remove. I've been nice about letting little things like that slide but the straw broke the camel's back was how sloppy the sticker was applied to my car. The adhesive from previous stickers are so visible, it looks sloppy. I know I don't have the nicest looking car but it would be appreciated if someone handled it with care. More
