Had a great experience. Service was quick but a thorough job was done. I had made an appt and it was very punctional. Finished ahead of how long they said it would take. Fast and friendly service. I got right in for the service on my wife's fusion. The service attendant also had RECALL ITEM taken care of while I was there. Judi is the best! Judi in particular is great. But all of the Service staff are courteous and helpful. Like any Service Counter, things can get hectic at times, but the Judi in particular is great. Repainting of Hood Getting Ford manufacturer to pay for the repainting of my 2013 hood was difficult but the Ford dealership made it much easier although the manufacture Getting Ford manufacturer to pay for the repainting of my 2013 hood was difficult but the Ford dealership made it much easier although the manufacturer should have paid the entire paint job since they know they have a problem with paint bubbling up and chipping off the aluminum hood.
