Service was good but I was over charged for my vehicle. I purchased a used vehicle from Jim Norton Toyota and was informed that the A/C system was functioning and that the vehicle was equipped with Apple CarPlay. Shortly after purchase, the A/C stopped functio informed that the A/C system was functioning and that the vehicle was equipped with Apple CarPlay. Shortly after purchase, the A/C stopped functioning properly. I later learned the system appeared to have been temporarily charged with refrigerant rather than repaired. I also discovered the vehicle was not equipped with Apple CarPlay as represented and had to pay $300 after purchase to have it enabled. I contacted the dealership three times, including within 8 days of purchase, requesting assistance. Unfortunately, no help or diagnosis was provided. This experience was disappointing given how soon these issues arose after purchase. More
