We first made contact via email with the dealership explaining exactly what we wanted and Eddie responded to our email by answering every single question without trying to beat around the bush or trying to sell us other stuff. We went to the dealership and the exact car we wanted was ready for us. Everything continued to be smooth sailing after that. We started the paperwork and we didn't need to discuss anything at all as everything in the paperwork was already what we agreed upon over email. We then met with the loan officer, JP, and again everything went through smoothly. Lastly we were given a thorough introduction to our car by Daniel, who spent a good hour helping us set our preferences and explaining all the technology to us. Subsequently, each time we called the dealership or the service department for questions, they have continued to provide us with top notch customer service by being helpful and nice. We had a wonderful experience at this dealership. More

After some back and forth was able to come to mutually agreeable price and left in our new Acura about an hour later. The car was missing a couple interior mats/covers which Eddie made sure was shipped to us ASAP. Received everything a week or two later as promised. Edmond handled the paperwork satisfactorily as we were both in a rush to get it over with. As good of an experience as used car buying can be.
