Beyond my Expectations! I 1st made the mistake of going elswhere before visiting Harry Robinson which was just that, a mistake! After looking at so many different vehicles an I 1st made the mistake of going elswhere before visiting Harry Robinson which was just that, a mistake! After looking at so many different vehicles and being completely stressed out and being denied time after time after time, I was just about to give up until Jerry reached out to me. I had went to the Harry Robinson website to browse a little and Jerry had seen where I was interested in a few different vehicles so he called me. I did not get my hopes up and just knew that it was going to more wasted time. Jerry was so nice, kind, and truly understanding. Really down to earth and I really felt like he listened to what I was saying. Anyway, Saturday about noon while I was at work, my cell phone rang and it was Jerry. I figured here comes the bad news!! Jerry said "WE GOT YOU DONE WHEN DO YOU WANNA COME GET YOUR CAR" I cannot tell you that feeling at that moment!!! From start to finish, Jerry was just a super nice guy.
