We drove to Bob Tyler's Toyota, upon arrival we were met and told our vehicle would need a radiator. My wife mentioned possibly replacing our 06 Highlander, at this point we were introduced to Mr.Stacey Conley,sales mgr. He showed us a 2014 Highlander which was in immaculate shape. Mr.Conley was very knowledged as to vehicle operation/functions, etc. We drove this Highlander and wee very pleased with the ride. The Highlander rode (as our 06 Highlander, like being on a cloud) so smooth. This Highlander was "loaded". Technology has really come a long way. We spent the rest of the afternoon getting our papers together to finish the sale. Mr Conley did not rush us into a sale, fact is, he spent much of his day helping us. I would like to say, "Over all the years we have owned Toyoto vehicles from Bob Tyler, we have never yet met any of their personal I didn't think highly of from service to owner. Thank You, Bob Tyler for keeping such personal as empoyees. More

Phillip Walker was the sales associate that helped me and he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars that I was interested in. Kim Douglas was who was working with the banks to get me to a payment that fit my budget and did everything that she could to make sure that I was happy with the deal. I am beyond happy with my new car and will recommend Bob Tyler Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used car. Charla was who handled my paperwork at the end and she explained everything perfectly and made sure all my questions were answered. Actually Stacey Conley is the VIP Manager - and they certainly hired the right man for that position! How many times have you been getting your car serviced at a dealership and taken the opportunity to check out the new models and makes? That was our situation. I was getting my Prius serviced and my wife was thinking that it might be time to trade in her Solara. We had been waiting to see the all new 2017 Prius – the first total makeover in quite a few years. Stacey saw us looking around and got us into taking one for a spin. We told him we had also been thinking about a Camry. We tend to be thorough in our decision-making and buying a car is a big decision so we spent quite a few hours that day learning about Camry models and their differences, comparing them with the Prius, seeing what was available in Bob Tyler's huge inventory, and being helped along by Stacey's knowledge, easy-going personality, customer service skills, and attentive listening. Putting all those attributes together Stacey is OUTSTANDING at helping people arrive at decisions. We never felt pushed. When he didn't know an answer he made it his business to find out. He helped us see how to get the most for our money both in a car and in financing. When we started narrowing down what we were looking for he helped make it happen. He encouraged us to take one car out for the afternoon and thoughtfully had the air conditioning running when we got in! Between that day and two days later when we spent several more hours there, we really felt like we were VIP! In fact, at one point when Stacey was out of the office, I looked across the desk at my wife and said, "you know, he is nicer than I am," and I'm a nice guy! (We bought the Camry SE and celebrated by taking ourselves to dinner at a restaurant he recommended in Spanish Fort. He was right about the restaurant too!) More

I didn't find exactly what I wanted at Bob Tyler and wanted to continue my search at other dealerships, but quickly realized that I wasn't getting the service anywhere else I did at Bob Tyler with Phillip. He put up with me for two days of looking through the lot, and at the end of my long search, he still had a smile on his face! I would have been irritated with mylsef, but he was amazing. I left Bob Tyler with my new car and Phillip will be the reason I return to Bob Tyler in the future! More

Toyota 4Runner replay..
