Klaben Ford doesn't go to the auction to buy used cars, all their used inventory comes from customer trade in. The car I choose to purchase was priced very fairly, I didn't need all the hassle of the bartering. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and courteous. More

Fast and friendly I had a two year lease coming to an end, i was over my mileage before it was up. When ever I have an issue with my vehicle I am taken right away and told aprox how long it would take. My vehicle is always washed and never dirty inside from their work. Our experience purchasing a new truck was a very pleasant one. We were never forced or convinced to take some feature we were not interested in.
