Small town girl trying to make it in the world I was in a jam with the car situation. My at got decked by a deer, so I needed a car asap!. I went to 2 other dealers and they wouldn't even talk to me. I walked into Harry Robinson and I had 4 people offering to help me. Victor went above and beyond to put me in a car. Yes there was a lot of paperwork, but it was all worth it. I wasn't just some dumb woman, I was a person in need of a car so I could make it to work and take car of my family. When we were waiting for approval and what not he was there with me, sharing stories and laughing. I was not nervous or scared nor pressured at all. He made me feel truly everything was MY decision. I asked him for some advice and he gave me his honest view on it. It's amazing how I can go to being discouraged to driving away in a new car. Oh and they work around your hours not theirs. They understand how to help you out!! More

Parking Brakes locking up We had trouble with parking brake locking up. Trouble started about 3 years ago before warranty was out. Was worked on several times over the years. Recently began to be regular problem, even though warranty was out Harry Robinson attempted to fix the problem several times, even towing car 75 miles to dealership at no cost to us. When unable to determine what the problem was we traded vehicles and so far am satisfied with trade. Amanda in customer service, the service repair department, Joey in sales and Jackie in financing were all good to try to help us with a solution to this problem. More

Amazing service Our team sales guy, Trey, was amazing. We sampled a variety of vehicles and gave opinions on them and he was all smiles the entire time. We then went to our finance guy, Jon Schumacher, and he got us one heck of a deal. Both guys were awesome to work with. My only complaint was there was no water available to the customers waiting. Just vending machines. They have amazing vehicles, quick service(was only in there about 3 hours with test driving), amazing people, and long term customers. Proud to say we are owners of a new car. More
