My sales person, Mark Doedens II, understands that I do not appreciate the "hard sell" that you receive from other dealers. He is patient, knowlegeable, friendly and helpful, almost like a neighbor who is offering assistance with a project. It is easy to feel comfortable with professionals like Mark when buying a car, and that is the reason why I continue to do business with Andrew Toyota. Creative, Responsive & Competitive I recently purchased a 2015 Avalon. Shalonda and Cristian put together very competitive and reasonable pricing for the vehicle. Furthermore, my Ford I recently purchased a 2015 Avalon. Shalonda and Cristian put together very competitive and reasonable pricing for the vehicle. Furthermore, my Ford Explorer's lease was up and Cristian offered to buy the vehicle thereby saving me the expense of the excess mileage. Everything was perfect until we were notified by Ford that another dealer (Andrew) couldn't buy the vehicle. My choices were to buy the Explorer and pay the tax or pay the excess mileage fee. Neither was appealing. Cristian put together a solution that was creative, responsive, & competitive. In the end, I'm very happy with Andrews professionalism and even more happy with my Avalon.
