My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
My mom bought her Corolla from Charles and was really happy with the experience. So when it was time for me to buy my first car, I knew I wanted to see what Charles had to offer. He showed me several used cars in my price range, and kindly explained the features of each one. As a first-time buyer, I was thrilled to have Charles really talk to me about each vehicle and what I wanted in a car. I test drove a car that I loved, but it was a little out of my price range. Charles wouldn't let me get discouraged, though. He showed me another car, a 1999 Camry with only 57k miles on it for a great price. After another test drive, I knew Charles would help me get a good car for a good deal that day. Charles helped me choose the Camry and I'm so happy I did. He was knowledgable about the vehicles he was showing me, and he was friendly and never pushy. In the end, Charles helped me walk away with a great car for a great price. Thank you so much Charles!

I enjoyed working with the staff at Andrew Toyota. They were all very down to earth and friendly but still professional. I was able to compare differnet vehicles and I got the vehicle that I wanted with the options that I requested all in a very short period of time. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Shout out to Charles Beacham @ Andrew Toyota,
I was impressed by the customer service I received from Charles because I felt my needs were met going from leasing to buying a vehicle. Not only did I purchase a vehicle I went from a Truck to a Car. I did not have time to keep coming back & forth to the dealership with my grandchild in the hospital (open heart surgery). I was not under any pressure to come in. Time was not on my side. How was I going to work a deal & I had so many obligations including working & going to the hospital.I came in when my time allowed and Charles was very understanding & more than willing to get me into my new 2010 Camary. Most of all I was not looking for a new friend, however, I feel comfortable calling Charles a new friend of mine & I do have a new car that I am purchasing. Thanks for all your hard work because I know it was not easy working with me and my schedule. Also, keep up the good work & most of all the customer service.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
I found a used car online that I was really interested in and stopped in to see it. It was new to the lot and was being detailed, but Charles made sure to call me right away as soon as it got back on the lot. Returned within a day and test drove it. Loved it and made an offer. Thought we had come to an agreement on price, although once the contract was presented it turned out my math skills were seriously flawed. Through no fault of the dealership/sales person, I was in over my head and wouldn't have enough money to buy the car I really wanted. Charles was very understanding and helpful, but I had no other options and was ready to walk and lose the car. I had no choice. But then, Charles and manager came through for me, and went with a price I could afford. I am thrilled with the helpful service I received at Andrew and their willingness to compromise. I felt Charles really understood me and my situation and did what had to be done to ensure that I ended up with a car I love. Without their great service, I wouldn't be looking forward to picking up the first car I've ever bought completely on my own. Would definitely recommend this salesperson and dealer to anyone!

I purchased an 09 prius from andrew toyota. I dealt with the general manager (KC) and Charles in sales. I would highly suggest andrew toyota to any friends/family. It was a great, hassle free experience that other dealerships should learn to imitate.
