Always feel special when getting service Even though my BMW is a 2008 I am still treated like I just bought the car. When they have a test drive event there is no hard pressure to buy a new car but they offer plenty of insight to any changes or benefits of the new models. More

When he left Ganley some years ago I have been dealing with Ganley/Westlake BMW for the past 10 years. At the outset my service guy was Jim Strunk. When he left Ganley some years ago it was a hit. Fortunately he has returned and continues providing the top line service advise I expect from a company like BMW. Jim is knowledgeable and a straight shooter. Great guy to talk with.
