Howard Schneider met us shortly after we entered with a big smile and asked us how he can help. We mentioned this specific car and immediately Howard offered us a seat, coffee, and his ear. After describing what we wanted Howard combed the country for exactly the car we wanted and found it literally on the docks un touched and ready to be delivered within 2 days. Devine intervention? Perhaps. Awesome customer service and passion for BMW? You betcha! Oh by the way, this was Howards day off and he was there to help us. Once the car arrived Howard spent hours going over every facet of this beautiful machine. Most sales folks are interested in getting you in the car and out the door as soon as possible but not Howard. He LOVES BMWs and knows everything about them. I was literally floored by his knowledge, passion for BMW, and patience with my rookie questions.
