I made the purchase over the phone, the process was actually enjoyable! When I arrived my BMW was meticulously cleaned, full of gas ,owners manuals and both sets of keys! I have had to go a round or two with some previous dealers regarding these items. It was just a great experience I strongly encourage anyone looking for a car to check these folks out! They both put up with my excessive excitement & was always prompt on answering my emails/phone calls when I wanted to know what the status of my order was on the M3. They did everything in their power to satisfy all my requests and needs. I have zero complaints. On the day I took delivery, there was a couple small issues and they had me come in, the service guys took care of it in half an hour and I was out the door and back on the road. The finance guy was extremely helpful & got me everything I needed. The service level at this place is genuinely top notch. After trading some emails with Frank Steffan through TrueCar, I new they had a potential match for what I was looking for on the lot. I was introduced to Dirk Steffan when I arrived, and couldn't have been more impressed with his knowledge and appreciation of cars in general. After test driving the car I selected, and discussing some options on my trade, I decided that I wanted to purchase the new 328d, and we scheduled delivery for the following week. During the entire sales cycle, I can honestly say, I've never had a more pleasant or easier buying experience. I never once felt pressured or hassled with any kind of upsells on additional features or services. I had made my intentions known from the beginning, and Dirk/Frank did everything they could to make the sales processes as transparent as possible. They broke down the various fees, pricing and processes step by step, with no pressure to "make a sale today." He couldn't have been nicer, even calling me a couple times to follow-up during my two hour trip to the dealership. While I was there, Jerry was patient and never pushy...and he didn't complain when I asked to test drive multiple cars. His patience, knowledge of BMW's, and easy-going personality made buying the car one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences I've had. Jerry and the pre-owned sales manager Fred Palmer went above and beyond during my purchase. They really wanted me to drive away with the car I wanted and would be happy I bought. And, I am very happy.
