However, often times that excitement is overshadowed by the sales process and the sales experience. You know what I mean! NOT going to happen at Ganley BMW, the excitement over the new car is only enhanced by the sales experience. I have had the pleasure of working with Bob Strecker and Ken Delk. I asked for their suggestions and input regarding the model, the equipment and the overall financials. This process took me some time (more than usual) to digest to ensure I was getting the car I wanted configured to my needs. There was no pressure from sales, only constructive, positive input. At the end of the process the pricing was better than expected and I ordered the car. My car was recently delivered at the BMW Performance and Delivery Center in South Carolina. What a fabulous experience! Most important, the production schedule, delivery schedule and almost anything that had to do with the car was always communicated to me without my having to prompt sales for information. The "i's" were dotted and the "t's" crossed, it was a perfect experience. I am a car guy and all cars interest me. However, after the Ganley experience and the BMW Delivery Center experience, I will never buy another brand from another dealer. BMW, your brand is in good hands with Bob, Ken and the Ganley team. Even though I live in Kirtland, I will definitely drive out to Ganley BMW again to do business with these guys, because they are top notch. I have never liked going into a car dealership before, because of all the games and b/s. With Ken and Frank, they gave me there best price off the bat, and it was better than anyone else had given me. More

After the professional and courteous manner that we were treated and the thorough and clear explanation of the car, the previous owner, and the buying process, we were sold. We had been looking at late model, low mileage cars for a few weeks and this was the only time we felt confident in our buying decision. Jerry Mancini has a very consultative approach to the buying process and it was much appreciated. We would recommend Jerry and Ganley BMMW without hesitation. More

Absolutely Amazing I recently ordered a 2014 BMW through Ganley BMW. I worked with Jerry Mancini and Bob Strecker, the sales manager. Since I ordered the car, the process was supposed to take 8 weeks. Bob updated me every step of the way. The communication was fantastic. The car came in 3 weeks early, and the delivery process was seamless. This is the second car that I have purchased at Ganley BMW, and Bob and Jerry are extremely professional, reliable and friendly. Everything went exactly as I was told. The other shoe never dropped, and I could be more happy with everyone at Ganley. More

Brooks Rorapaugh and Ganley BMW Brooks was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. We are out of town buyers (over 100 mi. away) with no previous knowledge of Ganl Brooks was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. First sales contact was a phone conversation with Brooks who quickly provided email info on vehicle we were interested in. Their website and extensive listing of inventory made it extremely easy to find the vehicle we wanted. He assured me a quick turn around time and guided me thru all the necessary info I needed to gather and fill out and return to him (credit app. , insurance info. etc.) After a couple of phone conversations that day we agreed upon price and terms and the deal was done! He said we could pick up car the next day. Because of our schedule we had to wait till the 2nd day to drive over. We arrived late morning, and met Brooks and some of the folks at Ganley. Car was ready, and paperwork was timely processed. I was Impressed! I got the feeling that this was the norm for this dealer. Unlike many other experiencies where you sit and wait for things to happen. Because of all the technology and gadgetry that this new BMW has, my wife needed lots of time and guidance. To my surprise Brooks patiently spent close to 2 hours demonstrating and explaining various features on the vehicle. Even with this internet age of all the info and details available, you still need honest and professional people at dealerships to make it happen.
