I hate that every time I have a service appt they send me an email that looks like a checklist of things they’ve looked at but it’s actually a very confusing document that has no info about my car. Why send an email that looks like a checklist of things they’ve looked at but it’s actually a very confusing document that has no info about my car. Why send this email every time. Also sometimes I get a written checklist of everything they’ve looked at and sometimes nothing. I’d like a checklist every time I get an oil change that shows exactly what they did and found. More

I was treated very professionally and was surprised my oil change and tire rotation took less time than I expected. The highlight of my visit though was no one tried to upsell me on “other” services. In my opinion after trying other dealers I will keep making the longer drive to a reputable dealer. More

Super easy to get in and get regular maintenance done. However the text they send with suggested work is a bit much. My vehicle is not 4 wheel drive and they recommended a $280 4 wheel drive service🤦🏻‍♀ However the text they send with suggested work is a bit much. They always want to up sale even if it is not needed. More

Enrique was responsive to my questions and issues. Enrique immediately went and checked the air pressure. At the beginning of my visit I indicated that the maintenance service light was on. Enrique indicated that at the end of the visit that would be cleared off. It was not. I called the service department as I drove home...since that is when I noticed that the message was not cleared. I was told I can come back in and they can clear it or I can look on you tube to learn how to do it myself. It is the little things that are important and the service technician did not pay attention to that. So far, for the most part disappointed with Toyota's service. Pleased with the car. Not impressed with the service quality. More

My service appointment was at 1320, I showed up at 1300. My truck stayed in the parking lot until 1427 before it was ever pulled into the service bay. And it was done at 1450.
