Andy, Travis, and Dustin all played key roles in making this the best and most pleasant experience in car buying we have ever had. This was by far not the typical auto purchase because like a kid in a candy store I started with a BMW Z4. After completing the deal I brought that car home but, after looking at all the factors I finally came to my senses and determined that I had taken on a bit more expense than I should have. So a week later I made a simple phone call to Andy and Travis to explain my problem. Only to receive the response. "No problem." So I took the Z4 back down. When my wife and I arrived Andy had already figured out what would fit best to our budget. He had selected a Mini Cooper S same year and less mileage. When all was said and done after a test drive we got a single owner car less miles and a full extended warranty that all fit our budget. We couldn't have done this anywhere else without paying more out of pocket. Dustin in Finance had all our paperwork done. We were finished with the entire process in about an hour. These guys say what they mean and mean what they say when the attest a truly no pressure and the best buying experience humanly possible. Brian assured me that the mechanics are specialists and would be able to repair my vehicle. I was in tears, fearing that I would need a new motor of which I definitely could not afford to replace. Brian checked me in, put me in a loaner car, and told me exactly when I would hear from him and with an estimate. Brian later informed me that the mechanic could repair my car, and when it would be ready along with the estimate. I couldn't wait to get home after picking up my car less than a week later to write this review. I made it a point to meet the mechanic in person, and he is Juan Garcia. Juan is the mechanic I will forever request to work on my car. My car is running so smooth now and is not shutting down on me while in motion. I didn't need a new engine after all. I thank both Brian and Juan for being honest, hardworking, and dedicated to their profession. I will definitely refer anyone who needs an excellent and honest service team to Brian and Juan.
