Excellent service. The online appointment system is confusing on occasion, so I stopped in to confirm my appointment and Robert took it from there. We discussed the issues I was having and he told me he would call when he knew what needed to be done. He followed through and I had my car back the next day along with an explanation of the repairs and service covered under the extended warranty or not. I couldn't ask for better service. More

The work performed was to install a set of side-steps for my 2022 Colorado. There was some initial confusion from the dealership re the delivery of the order; however, this was corrected and the service was my 2022 Colorado. There was some initial confusion from the dealership re the delivery of the order; however, this was corrected and the service was performed on time on the date planned. The general manager called me to apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the order delivery and offered a loner vehicle if I needed one. That turned out not to be necessary as the work took less time than expected. I was pleased with the service and professionalism of the dealership. More
